I-280 runs through the middle of the city and the ramps are where stone damage starts. I-280 east is the quick route: take it toward Newark, come off on the downtown side, and work north on Broadway to Oraton Street, where we are at number 23. Central Avenue east and then north through Roseville is the surface alternative and often no slower in the middle of the day. Either way it is twelve to fifteen minutes. For a shared lot it is worth a quick word with the super or the management office, mainly so nobody moves you along mid-install. We are not blocking the lot: the van parks beside your space and everything happens within a car's width. Once that is squared away the job runs exactly as it would in a driveway.
