Mobile work is priced the same as work at the shop, so a windshield is $250 to $450 and a door window $200 to $450, with no trip charge added. On North Broadway we will often tell you to walk the car down instead, since the shop is three streets away, but the van comes when it genuinely cannot move.

We are not going to pretend a van visit is a favour on a street where you can nearly see the shop from the corner. Most of the time walking the keys down to Oraton Street is quicker for everybody, and it means the car cures in our space instead of holding a spot on your block. So when a North Broadway caller asks for mobile, the first thing we do is ask what happened. If the car drives and the crack is stable, come to us. If it does not drive, or a window is gone and you would rather not move it, the van is the right answer and it costs the same.
What the van carries is what sits in the shop: glass matched to your year, make and model, primer, urethane, moldings, tools and a vacuum. The gear runs off the vehicle, so nothing is plugged into your house. Insurance gets filed from wherever the car is standing rather than from a counter. The one real difference is weather. Urethane needs a dry bonding surface and reasonable temperatures, so a windshield in driving rain gets moved indoors or moved to another day, and we say that at booking rather than on the doorstep.
“I had my car broken into and needed a replacement window ASAP. Arsenial helped me out the same day. Thank you for the service when I needed it now. Very honest and ethical business, which is hard to come through these day. Very much would…”

The practical constraint here is where the van goes. Oraton Street and the blocks running off Broadway are narrow, parked both sides and tight for anything with a rack on the roof, so we need a description of the actual space before dispatching rather than an address alone. A driveway or a wide spot near a corner works. A car wedged mid-block between two others on a one-way street usually does not, and we would rather tell you that on the phone. If the sweeper is due on your side that morning, mention it, because a van and a sweeper on the same block ends the same way every time. When none of it lines up, the shop is a five minute walk.
Same service, same price, other Newark neighborhoods:
No. For any address inside Newark the price is what it would be at the shop, with no call-out fee added at the end. North Broadway is about as inside Newark as it gets. What can change the number is the glass itself, so an acoustic windshield with a camera bracket costs more than a plain one on the same car whether we fit it here or there.
Yes, provided we can reach the car and the keys. Plenty of people on these blocks leave the keys with a relative or a neighbour and we get on with it. We ring or text once the glass is set, explain the safe drive-away time and lock the vehicle up. Nothing needs signing at the kerb, and the invoice or the claim gets sorted out afterwards.
Tell us the vehicle and the glass that's damaged — you'll see your price instantly, and we'll hold it for you.
